Return/Refund Policy
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please let us know within 45 days of receiving your item, so that we can provide you with a return label and guide you through the return process.
Exchanges
You can also request an exchange or a replacement within 45 days of receiving your item. Our exchange process is similar to a return—except, rather than issuing a refund, we’ll set up a new order and apply the value of the returned item to your new purchase.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and shipping restrictions, we cannot accept returns on batteries. Unfortunately, we are also unable to accept returns on gift cards.
Refund Adjustments
We ask that all returned items be in good condition and complete. We understand that you may need to test the product, and normal testing wear is acceptable and won’t affect your refund. However, if a returned item shows signs of heavy use, damage, or is missing parts or accessories, we may adjust your refund accordingly and notify you with details of any applicable fees.
Refunds
Once we’ve inspected your return, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, feel free to reach out to us so we can assist.
