5 Year Warranty

5-Year Limited Warranty Policy

Gridless Revolution LLC ("Company") warrants to the original purchaser ("Customer") that its RevoPower-branded products, including solar generators and LiFePO4 batteries ("Products"), will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period").

Coverage:

  1. Repair or Replacement: During the Warranty Period, the Company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective Product or component part, free of charge. The Company reserves the right to use new or refurbished parts for repairs and to provide a refurbished Product as a replacement.

  2. Shipping Costs: The Customer is responsible for shipping costs to the Company for warranty service. The Company will cover return shipping costs to the Customer for Products repaired or replaced under warranty.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage due to external causes such as accidents, abuse, misuse, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or acts of God.
  • Products that have been altered, tampered with, or used for purposes other than those for which they were designed.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, operation, maintenance, or storage.
  • Consumable parts, such as fuses or batteries, unless damage is due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Limitations:

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • The Company's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the Product, and the Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.
  • No agent, distributor, dealer, or employee of the Company is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

Claim Process:

To make a warranty claim, the Customer must:

  1. Contact the Company's customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.
  3. Return the defective Product to the Company, along with the RMA number, for inspection and service.

Miscellaneous:

  • The Company reserves the right to change or modify this warranty policy at any time without notice.
  • This warranty gives the Customer specific legal rights, and the Customer may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.

  • Solar Panel Warranty:

    Please note that solar panels sold under the RevoPower brand are subject to their own warranty terms, which may differ from the general warranty policy outlined above. Solar panels typically come with a longer warranty period of 10 to 20 years, covering defects in materials and workmanship as well as performance guarantees. For specific warranty details and coverage for solar panels, please refer to the documentation provided with your solar panel purchase or contact our customer service team for assistance.
